The EX4600-40F-AFI is a 1U fixed-configuration Layer 2/Layer 3 Ethernet switch with 24 fixed 1GbE/10GbE SFP+ ports and 4 fixed 40GbE QSFP+ ports, plus two expansion slots for additional 10G or 40G capacity. This AFI variant ships with two AC power supplies and back-to-front airflow, suiting hot aisle and cold aisle data centre top-of-rack and campus distribution deployments. It runs Junos OS and supports Virtual Chassis, with redundant hot-swappable fans for resilient operation.
