Which brands do you supply?
We stock trusted brands like Cisco, Arista, Aruba, Blue Cable Co, Dell, HPE, Juniper, Lenovo, Meraki, and NVIDIA, covering both current and end-of-life equipment lines.
If a product isn’t listed, can you still source it?
Yes. Our team can locate rare, discontinued, or hard-to-find parts through verified local and international suppliers.
How can I tell if a product is new or used?
If an item is purchasable online, the product page shows New or Used where options exist. If no condition option appears, treat it as New. For catalogue items that require a quote, you can request New or Used when you submit the quote. Our quotes state condition clearly.
What happens if I order the wrong product?
Contact us quickly if you ordered the wrong item. We’ll help with a return or exchange according to our warranty and return policies.
Do you have a physical store or showroom?
Warehouse only in Matraville, NSW. No retail showroom. Same‑day collection can be arranged on request once an order is ready.

Do you offer trade‑in or buy‑back?
Yes. We buy new and used equipment. You can choose a direct payment or trade-in credit toward future purchases. Sell to us.
Do you offer equipment rentals?
Yes. We rent networking and compute gear for office and data centre migrations, lab/POC work, and site replication. Weekly or monthly terms with optional buyout. Request a rental quote via Contact Us or select Request a Quote on the product page and note 'rental'.
What warranty is provided?

Do you deliver Australia‑wide?
Yes. Same‑day, overnight, and standard courier services are available across Australia.

Yes. International shipping is available on request. Customs duties and freight costs may apply.
How long will my order take to arrive?
Most in‑stock items ship the same day. Transit time depends on destination and service level.
Can I collect from your warehouse?
Yes. Collect from Matraville, NSW once we confirm your order is ready for pickup.
How are items packaged?
Secure, transport‑safe packing with anti‑static protection where needed. We reuse cartons where possible to reduce waste. Secure data centre deliveries can be arranged on request.
