At XS Network Tech, we stand behind everything we sell. All new and used IT hardware and accessories purchased from us include a 1-Year Back to Base Hardware Warranty as standard.

1-Year Back to Base Warranty

Applies to all new and used equipment and accessories sold by XS Network Tech.*

Back to Base means the faulty item must be returned to our Matraville, NSW warehouse for inspection, and will be repaired or replaced and returned to you.

Blue Cable Co® — 5-Year Advanced Warranty

Products sold under our in-house brand Blue Cable Co® come with an industry-leading 5-Year Advanced Replacement Warranty.

If a fault occurs, we'll ship a replacement before you return the faulty item — minimising downtime and keeping your network running. No waiting, no hassle.

How to Make a Warranty Claim

The process is quick and easy:

  1. Contact your Account Manager and describe the issue
  2. An RMA form will be emailed to you
  3. Complete and return the RMA form to the email address provided
  4. We confirm the unit is within the warranty period
  5. We issue a Return Authorisation instruction
  6. The item is repaired or replaced and returned to you

We take warranty claims seriously and act to resolve issues quickly.
