Domestic Delivery (Australia-wide)
Orders placed before 1pm AEST are dispatched the same day. Delivery takes 1 to 2 business days via TNT or Australia Post Express.

- Backorders: If an item is backordered, we'll confirm a dispatch date before your order ships.

Need it urgently? Express local delivery is available in as little as one hour from dispatch via Uber Direct or Zoom2u. Ideal for network outages and time-critical IT projects.

In-stock items are ready for collection within 30 minutes of your order being placed. Pickup is free of charge.

International Shipping
We've been shipping to New Zealand and the Pacific Islands for over 20 years. International orders are delivered via FedEx, DHL, or Australia Post International within 3 to 5 business days, depending on destination and customs clearance. Shipping rates are calculated automatically at checkout, and every order includes tracking and proof of delivery.
