The Nexus 3550-F is a 1RU data centre switch with 48 x 10GbE SFP+ ports, designed for network tapping, aggregation and monitoring in low-latency environments. It embeds 70-picosecond High-Precision Timestamping (HPT) in every packet and synchronises to PPS, GPS and PTP sources, making it well suited to financial trading, performance analytics and time-sensitive capture deployments. This non-PoE variant combines up to 400Gb/s of total ingress with a 32GB shared deep buffer to handle micro-burst traffic.
