Description

The 7280R is a 1RU fixed-configuration Layer 2/3 data centre switch with 48 x 1/10GBASE-T RJ-45 ports and 6 x 100GbE QSFP100 uplinks. It uses a deep-buffer VOQ architecture and runs Arista EOS, delivering 2.16 Tbps switching capacity and 720 Mpps forwarding. This model features rear-to-front airflow and dual hot-swap AC power supplies, making it well suited to top-of-rack and leaf deployments that need copper 10G server access with high-speed uplinks.
