Description

The MX960 is a modular universal edge router chassis from the Juniper MX Series, supplied here as the BASE3-AC bundle. This configuration includes an enhanced midplane, two enhanced Switch Control Boards (SCBE) and AC power, giving a ready foundation for high-capacity service provider and large enterprise edge deployments. Line cards and Routing Engine options are selected to suit the intended routing, aggregation and WAN edge role.
