The Cisco VG320 is a modular analog voice gateway from the VG300 series, built to connect analog phones and fax machines to an IP telephony system. It suits sites that need to bring a large number of analog endpoints, such as fax lines, back to a call manager from one central device.

This model provides 48 FXS analog ports and is fitted with a PVDM3-128 DSP module for voice processing. It is IOS-based and supports Cisco Fax Relay, T.38 fax relay and fax pass-through, which makes it a practical choice where reliable fax delivery over IP matters.
