This MX960 BASE3 modular router chassis is a 14-slot platform for service provider and large enterprise edge, core and aggregation deployments. The AC-powered configuration includes an Extended Cable Manager (ECM) for tidy cable routing, and the distributor configuration lists an enhanced midplane with two SCB-E control boards.
