The Catalyst 3850 is a stackable 1RU enterprise access-layer switch with 48 10/100/1000 PoE+ ports and 435W of available PoE power. This model runs the IP Base feature set and includes 5 access point licences, with an integrated wireless controller that combines wired and wireless access in a single platform. StackWise-480 stacking and StackPower make it well suited to campus and branch access deployments that need resilient, scalable connectivity.
