Description

The UCS XE9305 is a 3 RU, short-depth modular edge server chassis that forms the foundation of Cisco Unified Edge. It provides five front-facing node slots for sled-style compute, storage, networking or security nodes, with two hot-swappable Edge Chassis Management Controllers embedding a 25 Gbps switching fabric. This SKU is the chassis with fans, without NFC, suited to virtualised, containerised and AI workloads at edge locations with flexible rack, wall or shelf mounting.
