Description

The Intel Xeon 6776P is a 6th Gen Intel Xeon (Granite Rapids) server processor with 64 cores and 128 threads. It is the CPU option for the Cisco UCS C880A M8, a 10RU rack server built around 8x NVIDIA HGX B300 NVL8 GPUs, and suits AI training and inference, HPC and other data-intensive workloads.

The 6776P runs at a 2.3 GHz base clock with up to 3.9 GHz max turbo and 3.6 GHz all-core turbo, backed by 336 MB of cache and a 350 W TDP. It uses the FCLGA4710 socket with 2S scalability and supports 8 memory channels of DDR5-6400 or MRDIMM-8800, up to 4 TB. Connectivity includes 88 PCIe 5.0 lanes and up to 4 Intel UPI 2.0 links at 24 GT/s. No licence or subscription is required for the CPU itself.

Cisco lists this processor on the UCS C880A M8 CPU sled, with two CPUs per server, paired with the Intel GNR heatsink UCSAI-880A-HS. The alternative CPU option on the same platform is UCSAI-CPU-I6767P.
