The Nexus 7700 6-slot modular chassis is a data-centre switch platform that takes line cards for 1/10/40/100G connectivity. This configuration includes two Supervisor 3E (SUP3E) modules and three Fabric-3 modules, with power supplies not included and to be selected separately. Port density and uplinks depend on the line cards installed, making it suited to scalable data-centre core and aggregation deployments.
