Description

The Cisco 3925 Voice Bundle is a modular router from the 3900 Series Integrated Services Routers (ISR G2), built for medium-to-large branch and enterprise sites that need a voice gateway alongside secure WAN connectivity. It suits deployments using CUBE or SBC functions, SRST and CME, with optional application services added through its module slots.

This voice bundle pairs the 3925 chassis with a PVDM3-64 DSP module, a Unified Communications licence PAK and an FL-CUBE25 licence for 25 CUBE sessions. It has 3 onboard 10/100/1000 Gigabit Ethernet ports, a C3900-SPE100/K9 Services Performance Engine, 4 EHWIC slots, 4 onboard DSP (PVDM3) slots, 2 service module slots and 1 ISM slot. Default memory is 1 GB DDR2 DRAM with 256 MB Compact Flash, and embedded hardware crypto acceleration covers IPsec and SSL. It runs the IP Base feature set. Security and Data licences are separate technology packages.

The router accepts EHWIC, HWIC, WIC, VIC and VWIC interface cards, PVDM3 DSP modules, Service Modules including SRE, and ISM modules. DRAM can be upgraded using MEM-3900-1GU4GB or MEM-3900-1GU2GB.
