The Catalyst 9117AXI is an indoor enterprise Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) dual-band access point with internal antennas and 8x8 MIMO on the 5 GHz band. This C9117AXI-Z model is the Z regulatory domain, controller-based variant (not the embedded wireless controller version), with a 5 Gbps Multigigabit Ethernet uplink and an integrated Bluetooth 5.0 BLE radio. It suits high-density office, education and healthcare environments where capacity, low latency and IoT readiness are required.
