Description

The ISR 3925 Voice and Security Bundle is a Cisco 3900 Series Integrated Services Router built for branch-office and enterprise-edge sites that need voice, VPN and security services in a single router. It suits deployments that require a voice gateway, call-control survivability and secure WAN connectivity from one platform.

The 2RU chassis provides 3 integrated 10/100/1000 WAN/LAN ports, 2 of which can be SFP-based (an SFP port disables the matching RJ-45 port). It ships with a PVDM3-64 packet voice and video DSP module, 1 GB of ECC DDR2 DRAM (2 GB maximum) and 256 MB of external CompactFlash (4 GB maximum per slot). Two USB 2.0 ports, a USB console port, a serial console port and an auxiliary port handle management. Hardware-accelerated IPSec and SSL encryption is built in. Power options include internal AC, PoE and DC supplies, with a redundant option. The bundle includes the Unified Communications (UC) and Security (SEC) technology-package licence PAKs. It does not include a CUBE-25 licence or an SRE module.

The chassis takes ISR G2 EHWIC/HWIC, service module and PVDM3 DSP modules.

A: It includes the Unified Communications (UC) and Security (SEC) technology-package licence PAKs for Cisco IOS on the 3925. A CUBE-25 licence and an SRE module are not part of this bundle.

A: This SKU provides the UC and SEC licence PAKs with the PVDM3-64 module. The C3925-VSEC-CUBE/K9 adds the FL-CUBEE-25 licence on top of that.
