Description

This Intel Xeon Silver 4210R is a Cisco-orderable server processor from the 2nd Gen Intel Xeon Scalable family, built for Cisco UCS M5 generation servers. It suits general-purpose virtualisation, storage and data-protection workloads, and is the recommended CPU for the UCS C240 M5 Large Form Factor server.

The processor has 10 cores and 20 threads with a 2.4GHz base clock and a 3.2GHz maximum turbo frequency, backed by 13.75MB of cache. It has a 100W TDP, supports DDR4-2400 memory across 6 channels up to 1TB with ECC, and offers 48 PCIe 3.0 lanes. Two UPI links allow dual-socket (2S) configurations on the FCLGA3647 socket.
