The Intel Xeon Gold 6150 is a server processor option for Cisco UCS M5 servers, part of the Intel Xeon Scalable Gold 6100 range. It suits compute-intensive virtualisation and data centre workloads on Cisco UCS M5 blade and rack servers.

This variant has 18 cores running at a 2.7 GHz base clock, backed by 24.75 MB of cache. The thermal design power is 165 W per processor, which is the figure to plan for when sizing server power and cooling. Memory support is DDR4-2666.
