Description

The Meraki MR84 is a cloud-managed outdoor Wi-Fi 5 access point built on 802.11ac Wave 2 with 4x4 MU-MIMO and dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz operation. A 2.5 Gbps multigigabit Ethernet uplink powered by 802.3at PoE removes the Gigabit bottleneck for high-density outdoor coverage. A dedicated dual-band scanning radio supports security and RF optimisation, and management is handled centrally through the Meraki Dashboard.
