Description

This 7.6TB enterprise solid state drive is built for Cisco UCS servers that use the E3.S drive form factor. It is aimed at data centre teams adding fast, high-capacity flash storage to compute nodes for databases, virtualisation and other latency-sensitive workloads.

The drive uses an NVMe interface at PCIe Gen 5 speed and is rated for one drive write per day, which suits read-intensive and mixed enterprise applications. It is a self-encrypting drive (SED) with FIPS validation, so data at rest can be protected in regulated environments without relying on host-side encryption.

Capacity is 7.6TB in the E3.S 1T form factor.
