Description

This 15.3TB EDSFF E3.S 1T PCIe Gen5 NVMe solid-state drive is built for Cisco UCS X-Series compute nodes. It is based on the PM1743 platform and suits virtualisation, database, analytics and AI/ML data staging workloads that need fast local NVMe storage.

The drive is a high-performance, medium-endurance (1X) model with TCG OPAL self-encrypting support. Capacity is 15.3TB and the interface is NVMe over PCIe Gen5 in the E3.S 1T form factor. The medium-endurance tier is aimed at read-intensive and mixed workloads.

It is listed as a drive option for the Cisco UCS X210c M8 Compute Node and requires the UCS X10c Compute Pass Through Controller for E3.S (UCSX-X10C-PTE3) in the front mezzanine slot.
