Description

This 6.4TB 2.5-inch U.2 NVMe solid-state drive is a storage option for Cisco UCS X-Series compute nodes. It is based on the Solidigm P5620 and is built for high-performance, high-endurance workloads such as databases, virtualisation and analytics.

The drive uses a 15mm U.2 form factor with an NVMe interface and is rated for 3 drive writes per day (3X DWPD). That endurance rating, together with the 6.4TB capacity, is what separates it from lower-endurance and lower-capacity U.2 drives offered for the same platform.
