Description

This is a 1.9TB U.2 NVMe solid-state drive for the Cisco UCS X-Series. It uses a 2.5-inch, 15mm form factor and is based on the Solidigm P5520, a high performance, medium endurance drive.

The drive connects over a PCIe 4.0 x4 NVMe interface and is rated for mixed-use workloads in the 1 drive write per day (1 DWPD) class. That endurance rating suits a balanced mix of read and write activity such as virtualisation hosts, databases and application servers, where a read-intensive drive would wear too quickly.

It is intended for use in Cisco UCS X-Series compute nodes as local NVMe storage.
