Description

This 12.8TB 2.5-inch U.2 NVMe solid state drive is built for Cisco UCS X-Series servers that need high-capacity, high-endurance flash storage. It uses enterprise TLC NAND in a 15mm form factor and is suited to demanding workloads such as databases, virtualisation and analytics, where sustained performance and write endurance matter.

The drive connects over PCIe 4.0 x4 using the NVMe protocol, giving low latency and high throughput compared with SATA or SAS drives. At 12.8TB it provides a large amount of local flash capacity per drive bay, helping to consolidate storage inside the server chassis.
