Description

This 7.6 TB NVMe solid state drive is built for Cisco UCS servers with E3.S drive bays. It uses the E3.S 1T form factor and is based on the PM1743 platform, positioned as a high performance, medium endurance drive for mixed-workload server storage.

The drive connects over a PCI Express 5.0 NVMe interface using a 1X (x4) lane configuration, giving it Gen5 bandwidth in a compact hot-plug form factor. The medium endurance class suits workloads that need strong performance without the cost of a high endurance drive. TCG Opal support allows the drive to operate as a self-encrypting drive where the host platform and management software enable it.
