Description

This Cisco UCS memory kit contains two 96GB DDR5 registered DIMMs, giving 192GB in total. It suits memory upgrades and spares for Cisco UCS C-Series rack servers and UCS X-Series compute nodes, and is supplied as a matched pair for populating memory channels in pairs.

Each module is a DDR5-6400 RDIMM with a dual-rank x4 (2Rx4) organisation, 24Gb DRAM density and a 1.1 V operating voltage. The kit is supplied as a spare part, so it is intended to expand or replace memory in an existing UCS server.

Check compatibility against the memory guide for your server generation (M7 or M8) before ordering. DDR5-5600 and DDR5-6400 DIMMs cannot be mixed in a server with Intel Xeon 5th Gen CPUs, and 96GB DIMMs are not supported with some Intel 5th Gen CPU models, including the 3508U, 4509Y, 4510 and 4510T.
