Description

The Cisco Wireless 9171I is an indoor Wi-Fi 7 (802.11be) access point from the Cisco Wireless 9170 Series, built for enterprise deployments that need the latest wireless standard. It uses internal omnidirectional antennas, which suits typical ceiling-mount coverage in offices, campuses and other indoor environments.

This CW9171I-CFG is the configurable ordering SKU, with a 2x2 radio configuration and the Global regulatory domain. It supports the key Wi-Fi 7 features: 4K QAM, 320 MHz channel width, Multi-Link Operation (MLO), preamble puncturing and Multi Resource Units. Compressed block ACK enhancements of up to 512 MPDUs help improve efficiency in busy environments, and each radio scales to 256 clients.

The 9171I runs on the Cisco IOS XE software release train and requires IOS XE 17.18.2 or later.
