This Catalyst 9124AX Series outdoor access point delivers Wi-Fi 6 (802.11ax) with dual-band 2.4 GHz and 5 GHz 4x4:4 MU-MIMO and speeds of up to 5.38 Gbps. It features an internal directional antenna, making it suited to focused outdoor coverage for enterprise and service provider deployments. The Embedded Wireless Controller (EWC) runs on the access point itself, allowing small deployments to operate without a separate controller. This SKU is configured for the Rest of World (ROW) regulatory domain.
