Description

The HPE StoreFabric SN1600E is a dual-port 32Gb Fibre Channel host bus adapter for HPE servers, delivering high-bandwidth, low-latency connectivity to Fibre Channel and FC-NVMe storage. It uses a PCIe 3.0 x8 host interface with two SFP+ ports and pre-installed shortwave optics, and auto-negotiates down to 16Gb and 8Gb for use in mixed fabrics. This two-port SN1600E model suits SAN-attached virtualisation and database hosts that need redundant paths, and is the dual-port variant of the single-port Q0L11A.
