FAQs

Q: Is this drive compatible with my UCS server?
A: It is designed for UCS servers that accept 2.5-inch SATA drives. Check your server’s HCL and backplane for SATA support and required firmware.

Q: Is a UCS drive caddy included?
A: No. This is a bare drive; use the correct UCS tray/caddy for your chassis.

Q: Does this model support self-encryption (SED)?
A: This variant does not advertise SED. If you require SED, choose the NK9 SED variant in the same series.

Q: Can I mix this with SAS or different-capacity drives in a RAID set?
A: Mixing protocols (SATA/SAS) is not recommended. For RAID, use identical type, capacity, and performance class where possible.

Q: What workloads is Enterprise Value best for?
A: Read-intensive workloads such as boot, VDI, and general file services; not intended for heavy write-intensive use.
