Description

The Cisco Desk Phone 9861 is an enterprise IP desk phone with a 5-inch colour LCD, 10 physical line keys, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 5.2 for wireless headset use. Dual Gigabit Ethernet ports (LAN and PC) and 802.3af PoE Class 3 simplify desk deployment, while support for Cisco Webex Calling, CUCM, BroadWorks and other SIP platforms suits reception and heavy call-handling roles. This variant includes the Wi-Fi/Bluetooth radio and is finished in Carbon Black (non-TAA).
