Description

The Fiber PMC card is a field-installable PCI mezzanine interface card for the CTP2000 line that adds two SFP slots for Gigabit Ethernet connectivity. It mounts on the CTP2000 processor module and accepts 1000BASE-T copper and 1000BASE-SX optics, so reach depends on the SFP installed. This 2x SFP PMC version suits CTP2008, CTP2024 and CTP2056 deployments that need extra fibre or copper Gigabit interfaces, and differs from the 4x SFP XMC variant.
