Description

This is the four-post, 23-inch rack mounting kit for the Cisco 8000 Series 8010 Series router, specifically the 8011-32Y8L2H2FH. It suits service provider metro access and pre-aggregation sites where the router is installed in a 23-inch four-post rack.

The kit uses left-hand and right-hand four-post slider assemblies (800-50376-01 and 800-50375-01) and supports a front-to-rear vertical rail spacing of 500 mm to 840 mm. The rack front opening is 21.75 in (55.24 cm), with mounting holes at 22.31 in (56.6 cm) centre-to-centre and a 23 in (58.4 cm) mounting flange. Rack screws are tightened to 30 in-lb (3.39 N.m) for 12-24 screws. RCKMT-23-KIT2 is the four-post version, while RCKMT-23-KIT1 covers two-post installations.

It belongs to the version 2 accessory family for the 8011-32Y8L2H2FH and can be combined with the CBL-BRKT-V2 cable management bracket. It is not intended for the older 8011-4G24Y4H-I or 8011-12G12X4Y-A/D models, which use RCKMT-23-V1 or RCKMT-23-A/D kits.
