Description

High‑capacity coherent DWDM transceiver for 800G ethernet transport over C‑band. The module integrates a coherent DSP with advanced FEC and a tunable laser to simplify metro/regional interconnects on open line systems. Host‑side 8x100G lanes map to a single 800G optical wavelength, enabling efficient long‑reach data center interconnect without external dispersion compensation.

Features

800G coherent DWDM over a single wavelength
- C‑band tunable for flexible channel assignment
- Integrated DSP with advanced FEC for robust long‑reach performance
- Open line system friendliness for metro/regional DCI
- 8x100G host breakout simplifies migration from 8x100G to 800G waves

Warranty

All products sold by XS Network Tech include a 12-month warranty on both new and used items. Our in-house technical team thoroughly tests used hardware prior to sale to ensure enterprise-grade reliability.

All technical data should be verified on the manufacturer data sheets.

FAQs

Q: Is the wavelength tunable?
A: Yes. It is a C‑band tunable DWDM module to align with channel plans on open line systems.

Q: What connector does it use?
A: Duplex LC on the line side and OSFP electrical edge to the host.

Q: What reach can I expect?
A: ZR+ class supports metro/regional distances (commonly up to ~80 km with amplification). Actual reach depends on the line system, span loss, and ROADMs.

Q: Does it require dispersion compensation modules?
A: No. Coherent detection with integrated DSP compensates for chromatic dispersion electronically.

Q: Is it interoperable with non‑ZR+ coherent optics?
A: Interoperability is typically within the same ZR/ZR+ profile and vendor‑supported operating modes; verify on your line system and host platform matrices.
