Description

This 1G SFP copper transceiver provides an RJ45 interface supporting 100/1000BASE-T links over Cat5e or Cat6 cabling at distances up to 100 m. It lets an SFP port on a switch or router connect to standard twisted-pair copper infrastructure without a fibre run. It suits access-layer uplinks, server connections and legacy copper segments where an SFP cage needs to terminate on RJ45.
