Active optical cable for 200 Gb/s InfiniBand HDR links with integrated QSFP56 connectors on both ends. Delivers high bandwidth and low latency over 20 meters while remaining lighter and more flexible than copper DAC. Ideal for AI/HPC clusters and leaf–spine fabrics where clean, deterministic performance is required. Plug-and-play with QSFP56 HDR switch/NIC ports; no separate transceivers needed.

Q: Does this AOC require separate transceivers?
A: No. The optics are integrated into the QSFP56 ends—just plug into QSFP56 HDR-capable ports.

Q: Is it compatible with QSFP28 or 100G ports?
A: No. This HDR AOC is designed for 200G QSFP56 ports and is not intended for downspeed operation to 100G/40G.

Q: Can this be used for Ethernet 200G?
A: It is designed for InfiniBand HDR. Ethernet interoperability depends on device support and is not guaranteed—verify with your switch/NIC documentation.

Q: Is this a breakout cable (4×50G)?
A: No. This is a straight QSFP56-to-QSFP56 200G AOC. Use a dedicated breakout AOC if you need 4×50G fan-out.

Q: Where is this cable best used?
A: Indoor data centers for AI/HPC clusters or storage fabrics requiring 200G HDR connectivity up to 20 m.
