Description

The NVIDIA Quantum QM8790 is a 1U unmanaged HDR InfiniBand switch with 40 QSFP56 ports at 200Gb/s, delivering 16Tb/s of non-blocking switching capacity with sub-130ns latency. This variant has two hot-swappable AC power supplies, C2P (cooling-to-port) airflow and a rail kit, and is managed externally through NVIDIA UFM or another subnet manager. It suits HPC and AI cluster fabrics that need dense, low-latency HDR connectivity, with up to 80 HDR100 ports available using splitter cables.
