A: The MR45 requires 802.3at PoE+ power and does not support 802.3af low power mode. You can use a PoE+ switch, the Meraki MA-INJ-4 or MA-INJ-5 injector, or the MA-PWR-30W AC adapter (all sold separately).

Q: Is a Meraki license required to operate the MR45-HW?
A: Yes, a Meraki Enterprise license is required for operation. Licenses are available in 1, 3, 5, 7, and 10-year terms and include cloud management, firmware updates, 24/7 support, and lifetime hardware warranty with advance replacement.
