Description

This mounting arm adapter plate lets the CW-ANT-T-D2-D8 tri-band directional antenna fit an existing C-ANT9103 mount. It is aimed at brownfield Wi-Fi 7 upgrades built around the Cisco Wireless CW9174E access point, where the legacy mounting hardware can stay in place.

The adapter is a passive mechanical part with no power or licensing requirement of its own. It is designed for the CW-ANT-T-D2-D8, which uses a DART-8 connector and includes an accelerometer, mounting onto the C-ANT9103 bracket.

It suits high-density and specialty RF environments where an external directional antenna is used with a CW9174E and a C-ANT9103 ceiling or wall mount is already installed. The host CW9174E needs a Cisco Wireless or Meraki licence and runs on 802.3bt Class 5 (UPOE) or an MA-PWR-50WAC DC power supply for full functionality. The separate CW-MNT-9 bracket is a different part for the integrated access point and antenna mount.
