QSFP56 SR4 uses 4x50G PAM4 lanes over MMF and an MPO‑12 interface to deliver up to 100 m on OM4 (70 m on OM3), ideal for aggregation and east‑west traffic in modern fabrics. Hot‑swappable design streamlines maintenance and upgrades.
