This 3 m RS-530 DTE serial cable connects the WAN serial interface of compatible HPE FlexNetwork MSR and HSR routers to external RS-530 DCE equipment. It is part of the HPE X260 router cable range and is suited to legacy serial WAN links and leased-line terminations. The DTE configuration distinguishes it from the RS-530 DCE companion cable.
