FAQs

Q: Does this model support stacking?
A: No. It is a standalone platform and does not support stack-wise technologies.

Q: Which uplink modules are compatible?
A: Use the C3KX-NM-1G for 4x 1G SFP or C3KX-NM-10G for 2x 10G SFP+ uplinks.

Q: Is UPOE the same as 802.3bt?

Q: Can I install a second power supply?
A: Yes, the platform supports dual internal power supplies for redundancy.

Q: What routing features are enabled with IP Services?
A: Advanced Layer 3 features such as OSPF, EIGRP, PBR, VRF-Lite, and IPv6 are supported (feature availability can depend on software release).
