400G QSFP-DD parallel LR breakout transceiver providing four 100G LR lanes over single-mode fiber via MPO-12 APC for spine–leaf fanout. 10 km reach per lane at 1310 nm with PAM4 modulation; IEEE 802.3bs/802.3cu and 400G-PLR4-10/100G-LR1-10 compliant.
