FAQs

Q: Does this PSU alone provide PoE on the router ports?
A: It enables PoE when paired with supported EtherSwitch modules; PoE is delivered by the module, not the router’s base ports.

Q: Is it hot‑swappable?
A: No. Shut down the router before replacing the PSU.

Q: What PoE standard is supported?
A: 802.3af (power budget and port count depend on the installed switch module).

Q: Will it work with any 1900 series router?
A: It is designed for the 1941 model. Check module and chassis compatibility before purchase.
