Description

This 6 ft LMR-240 low-loss coaxial RF cable connects Cisco industrial routers and industrial wireless access points to external antennas. It is terminated with an RP-SMA male plug at one end and an N-type female jack at the other, and it belongs to the Cisco Industrial Routers and Industrial Wireless Access Points antenna accessories range.

The LMR-240 construction keeps signal loss low over the run. Published RF loss figures are 0.6 dB at 1.0 GHz, 1.1 dB at 3.0 GHz, 1.5 dB at 5.0 GHz and 1.8 dB at 7.0 GHz. The jacket is FR/CMR (communication cable riser) rated, and the cable is a passive component that needs no power.

It suits Cisco industrial routers and industrial wireless access points that have RP-SMA antenna ports, allowing a connection to N-type antennas or accessories such as lightning arrestors. Use it to extend the RF connection to remotely mounted external antennas.
