Description

The A9K-MPA-20X1GE is a 20-port 1-Gigabit Ethernet modular port adapter for Cisco ASR 9000 Series modular line cards. It provides 20 SFP ports across 10 double-stacked cages and accepts fibre-optic or copper GE SFP transceivers, which are required and sold separately. Up to two adapters can be installed per line card and mixed with other modular port adapters, making it suited to service provider and enterprise aggregation edge deployments. It supports online insertion and removal without system impact.
