Description

This 8-port 100 Gigabit Ethernet line card for the ASR 9000 Series is optimised for packet transport (TR) and offers LAN/WAN/OTN unified PHY ports. Each port delivers non-oversubscribed 100-Gbps line-rate throughput using Cisco CPAK pluggable optics, which are sold separately, and each CPAK port can be configured for 100GE, 40GE or 10GE. It suits service provider aggregation, data centre interconnect and core transport deployments running IOS XR in compatible ASR 9000 chassis.
