Description

The 16-port 100 Gigabit Ethernet line card for the Cisco ASR 9000 Series uses QSFP28/QSFP+ ports in a line-rate, non-oversubscribed design and runs Cisco IOS XR. This Consumption Model (-CM) variant includes transport features and is built for Cisco's consumption-based Smart Licensing pricing model. Flexible interfaces allow 100GE, 40GE, 50GE, 25GE and 10GE modes on the one card, making it suited to high-density aggregation and core deployments replacing large 10GE link-aggregation bundles.
