Description

This 2T port expansion card for the Cisco ASR 9903 compact router adds 20 physical ports, comprising five multi-rate 400GE/200GE/100GE QSFP-DD/QSFP28 ports and fifteen 100GE QSFP28 ports. It installs in the chassis's dedicated expansion slot, allowing operators to grow port capacity and mix interface types without replacing the router. The five multi-rate ports can be individually upgraded from 100GE to 400GE through licensing, making it suited to service provider aggregation and high-capacity edge deployments. This is the traditional licensing version of the 2T card.
