Description

This 5th generation ASR 9000 line card delivers 4 Tbps of non-oversubscribed Ethernet capacity with QSFP-DD multi-rate ports supporting 400GE, 100GE, 40GE, 25GE and 10GE modes. It is supplied under the Flexible Consumption Model, with 1.6T out of 4T of capacity licensed through Essentials software licences, so operators can scale bandwidth per 100G as demand grows. Running Cisco IOS XR, it suits service provider aggregation, core and data centre edge deployments built on ASR 9000 chassis.
